Scope Of Delivery

All BabyBoo products come with a standard 24-month warranty.The extended warranty extends this standard warranty by a further 12 months, for a total of 36 months after delivery of the BabyBoo.The BabyBoo accessories are excluded from the extended warranty.Each BabyBoo requires its own warranty. Purchasing an extended warranty only applies to a single product.
The extended warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from mybabyboo.com.

The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, loss, or damage resulting from the failure of the product. Damage due to failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, such as damage and/or defects resulting from repairs or tampering with the product by a person not authorized by the manufacturer, is not covered.

The guarantee is asserted against Faitron AG, Limmatquai 62, 8001 Zurich (CH).

If a device is replaced within the warranty period, the new device inherits the remaining warranty period of the defective device.The statutory rights are not limited in any way by the guarantee.

Hi, I'm Fabian Graf, founder of Faitron AG, owner of the Brands BabyBoo & HeatsBox.


In 2016, a simple challenge at work led me to create HeatsBox, a smarter way to enjoy warm meals anywhere, anytime. What began as a personal idea quickly became a successful product, trusted by users worldwide.


Years later, that same drive became deeply personal when I began feeding my daughter, Emily. I wanted her nutrition to be as good as possible from the very beginning, rich in vitamins and nutrients, prepared and warmed with care. I was looking for a solution that could gently warm baby food while preserving its nutritional value, but none of the existing options met my expectations.


That experience inspired me to create BabyBoo. Built on the same principles that made HeatsBox successful, BabyBoo focuses on advanced technology, patented innovation and thoughtful design to support healthy feeding from the earliest stages.
